Classic Task Dialog Fix

In Windows 10, the buttons in task dialogs (and some other DirectUI dialogs) are too small vertically. This mod fixes that, and makes them look how they did in Windows 8.1 and before.

This mod will only work on Windhawk v1.4 and greater.
